This hotel is in a very convenient location for catching a bus. It is right at the bus station and close to the University of Santiago metro stop. the staff is helpful, and the berry juice at breakfast is delicious. the air conditioning in the bedroom and comfortable bed are advantages.
There could be more attention to detail regarding cleanliness in the furniture and bathroom.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter trip. It was conveniently placed near the bus station, which made our trip more comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The highlight was the breakfast included in our booking, which was a great way to start our day and save some money.
The hotel looked old and worn out. The carpets were worn, and the windows were dirty. It was disappointing to see such a run-down hotel, but we managed to overlook it. Also, there was a lot of traffic noise, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. the hotel met our needs for a quick trip but could use some updates to make it more appealing.

The convenience of the location is unbeatable! It's situated in a building that has a connecting walkway to the subway system and above an intercity bus terminal with direct access to taxis. There are several grocery stores and fast-food restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and a large shopping mall is just a short distance away. the staff is accommodating, and the berry juice at breakfast was delicious.
Some of the basic facilities need to be improved. There weren't enough towels in the room, and the elevator was not always working optimally.

I had a great stay at this hotel, located right next to the bus terminal. This made it incredibly easy to catch my early morning bus without any hassle. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The staff were helpful and kind, especially the English-speaking manager who made my check-in process smooth. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and a good start to my day.
Can't fault the hotel in any way - absolutely satisfied with my stay.
